Hammer mill is with perforated screen in the bottom half of grinding chamber. Screen hole size and spacing can be decided based on required output particle size. It will control Output particle size.

Know design of Tridev Beater Wood Crusher:

Crushing is done by continuous impact of rotating beaters against liners. Raw material fed in inlet hopper and spills into the grinding chamber. Beaters continually breaks strips and make small particles. At the same time, blower will suck ground particle which can be passes through bottom screen and through outside. Screen doesn’t allow oversize particles to pass and keep them into the grinding chamber to re-grind. They are re-grind and reduced up-to acceptable size.
