Working Process:

• Lump breaker having single shaft with evenly placed impacting fingers and fix comb on body
• Wide flanged inlet area is for accommodating a greater mass
• Lump is broken between rotating finger and fixed comb
• Lump is fed from the top and broken lumps are collected from the bottom

Construction Specification:

• Fabricated body fixed on base frame
• It has single shaft supported on flange mounting bearings fixed on fabricated body
• Bars (fingers) are fixed at evenly placed shaft, and similarly on one side-wall of body
• Bars on shaft and on body are staggered to each other
• Shaft is driven through motor and pulleys
• Rubber tires are fitted at bottom of the frame for easy movement
• It can be easily moved to any where you need
