Working Process:
 
Ribbon Blender is one kind of mixer that enables homogeneous mixing of different powders
Horizontal mixer is precisely designed to maintain combination of three major dimensions- Diameter, Ribbon width and Pitch
It is for effective distribution of very small amount of additive added. It assures homogeneity of final output
Powder goes through Rotary as well as horizontal motion in positive direction to get effective blending, which happens by designing perfect sizing of inner and outer ribbons

Fluid coupling is advisable to mount to enable start even when Blender is loaded
Motor HP and Production totally depends on property of material and requires blending
