Gyro Screen manufactured by us is basically used for Screening powder OR wet medium. The offered products are useful in separation of solid-solid OR Solid-liquid and arrangement of solid. They provide better output in screening Starch, pharmaceuticals, Animal feeds, Food product, Agro product, Agro chemicals, fertilizers, Gum powder, metal powder, Chemicals, Minerals, Agrochemicals, dyes, pigment, ceramics, minerals, paints, polymers, magnetic material and papers.
Working Process:
 
Vibro Shifter is for screening rigid screening device, which vibrates with screen above its center of mass
New technology shifter gives horizontal, vertical and circular mechanical vibration
Number of screen decks and spacing frame are assembled on circular base frame
Screen is uniformly tensioned in all direction by center support
Whole mass is suspended on coil springs, which gives thrust to screening unit by its own compression and de-compression
Springs allow unit to vibrates freely and also prevents transmission of vibration on floor
Specially designed vibrating motor generates vibration
Eccentric shaft is fixed on both side of extended motor shaft
Eccentric weight rotates with motor and generates vibration of whole masks
 
Process of Shifter:
 
Material is to be fed into upper screen deck for screening
Fine material pass from top screen and coarser remains over screen and enters it into lower deck
Over sized material does not pass through screen of deck and are automatically discharged from respective discharge spout
Over size material discharge rate can be increased by increasing horizontal throw
Horizontal throw is increased by rotation of upper eccentric mass
Maximum vertical vibration is desirable for cleaning the screen and dislodge material
Vertical and tangential plane vibration changes by lower weight
Angular position of upper and lower eccentric weight is for controlling circular motion of particles in the screen for getting better screening efficiency
